The goal behind the founding of King Cross was the construction of Shopping Centers. We wanted and we want to continue to introduce to the market tools that change habits and habits towards modernity, a higher culture of service and trade, and improving the quality of life.
In 1993, King Cross Center Sp. z o.o., which purchased land in Warsaw for the construction of the company's first shopping center and one of the first in the city. It was opened in 1996 under the name King Cross Shopping. What an event it was for the inhabitants of the capital!
Along with the implementation of subsequent projects, the construction of new Shopping Centers in Łódź, Gdańsk, Poznań, Lviv and other facilities, the company also evolved. Today it is called King Cross Developments Sp. z o.o. The company's portfolio also expanded. Today they are also hotels, resorts and apartments.
