King Cross Marcelin Shopping Center is located at the intersection of one of the main streets of Poznań - ul. Bukowska and Bułgarska. The building has 4 floors, including 2 levels of underground parking. The investment was commissioned in March 2005. It includes approx. 115 premises, including a hypermarket and a dozen or so premises with an area over 300m2.

The center was commercialized and then managed for 13 years by King Cross as part of the Poznań Żonkil special purpose vehicle.
